•i do NOT issue refunds
•I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
•Reference image(s) of the character(s) are required.
•Payments will be made via Cashapp/Vgen in USD
•Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins
•Do NOT, in any circumstances, use my art or pieces of it to make and/or sell NFTs (non-fungible tokens). I do not support NFTs.
•Do NOT use my art for AI art under any circumstance. Usage of my art for any AI art engine is prohibited.꒰Details꒱
•I send all my clients sketches to ensure their approval before continuing with further work.
•Props, weapons, companions, and any other elements may be added for additional fees.
•minimal background may be added for an additional fee.꒰Timeframe꒱
• Generally around 4 weeks to 2 months, depending on the size of the piece and how many commissions I currently have on queue. If I ever anticipate taking longer I'll be sure to inform you.
• If you have a deadline, this must be disclosed before I begin. If you'd like me to finish a work by a deadline it will cost an additional fee.꒰Commercial fee꒱
• If a client intends to use the art I produce for printing, using on stream or as an avatar/banner, etc. proper credit must be given to me as the artist and 80% of the original price must be paid as a commercial fee.•All commissions I do are only for personal or nonprofit use unless otherwise has been discussed. You are not to profit off of my work without discussing it beforehand and coming to an agreement with me.•If the client intends to use the design for commercial use (games, stories, videos, mascots, merch, or other mass media consumption for profit) you MUST disclose this when purchasing as transfer of rights must be made via commercial fee.•I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on social media unless discussed otherwise.
